Last Sunday after the morning worship at Kipling United Methodist Church members enjoyed a luncheon consisting of hot dogs and other finger food, drinks and a Christian fellowship at the church community building.

Vacation Bible School is now in session at Kipling United Methodist Church Monday, July 12 -16. Dinner served 5:15 p.m. daily. Classes 6-8 p.m. All ages group: children, youth, through adult. Pastor, Melinda Ivey and members cordially welcome the public to come and share in our vacation Bible school.

Miss Judy McKoy of Oxford visited her mother, Ms. Pauline McKoy on Saturday, she was accompanied by her friend, Mr. Robert Taylor also of Oxford.

Rev. Keith Wooten pastor and members of Montgomery CME Church wish to thank the public and to everyone that supported their plate sale on Friday and help make their efforts a great success. May God continue to richly bless you in all of your endeavors.

Ms. Helen Scott of Lumber Bridge and Ms. Geneva Greer of Fayetteville visited Ms. Annie Bullock on Monday. They were accompanied by Ms. Louise Sansbury of Washington, D.C.

The descendants of the late George Bethea, the late Anna Little Bethea and the late Lillie McNeil Bethea met on Saturday, July 10, at the home of Ms. Geneva Greer in Fayetteville for the celebration of their 33rd family reunion. The fellowship family dinner was held at the Golden Corral in Fayetteville.

On Monday, Ms. Louise Sansbury accompanied her daughter Renee back home after attending the Family Reunion.

Visiting Mr. Charles Hicks of Angier over the holiday day weekend were his daughter and granddaughter of Rochester, NY. They were visitors at Bethlehem AME Zion Church Sunday for the morning worship service other visitor were Mr. Darren Hamilton of Bethlehem, PA, who is spending two weeks with his mother, Ms. Jerlin Simmons.

On Thursday night Ms. Simmons and her son accompanied Rev. Linda McLean pastor of Bethlehem AME Zion Church, they attended a service at St, Mark AME Zion Church in Durham.
