Join your friends and neighbors for the Town of Fuquay-Varina’s fabulous fireworks on Saturday, July 3, with music by the Extraordinaires! The event will be held at South Park located at the Fuquay-Varina Community Center at 820 S. Main Street. Gates open at 6 p.m. The evening sky will light up with fireworks at dark so make sure to bring a blanket or chair and get there early to claim the best location to view the fireworks.

From 7-9 pm, listen to the Extraordinaires, with a unique blend of 60’s, 70’s, R&B, beach music and classic Rock & Roll tunes, this band is sure to get folks moving and grooving. Music is generously sponsored by Patriot State Bank.

Kids will enjoy free inflatables, rides and activities. There’ll be plenty of food vendors at South Park serving traditional Independence Day fare or feel free to bring a along a picnic basket. Leave Your Dogs At Home

We love dogs at the town, but we do have an ordinance that prohibits dogs from attending town celebrations for safety reasons. The Town of Fuquay-Varina ordinance prohibits animals in the event area, so please leave your animals comfortably at home for the July 3rd celebration.
