Brianna Caitlin Anderson, 18, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Dec. 20 on a failure to appear charge.

Kimberly M Boston, 27, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Dec. 20 on a failure to appear charge.

Stanley Longmire, 40, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Dec. 22 on a trespassing charge.



Shamar Harold Beckwith, 26, of Holly Springs was arrested Dec. 23 on an assault on a female charge.

Shanta Washington, 28, of Angier was arrested Dec. 23 on a simple assault charge.

Dominic Gilbert Risko, 36, of Mebane was arrested Dec. 24 on a communicating threats charge.

Ismael Velasquez, 24, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Dec. 26 on a driving while impaired charge.

Scottie Lee Horne, 28, of Angier was arrested Dec. 27 on an armed robbery charge. The alleged incident was reported the same date at Bank of America off Broad St. Allegedly, a knife was displayed and orders were given while a victim was using the ATM.

Anthony Curtis Mitchell, 26, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Dec. 27 on an aggravated assault charge.

Fannie Bounkazi, 18, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Dec. 28 on a failure to appear charge.

Arthur Lee Harris Jr., 43, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Dec. 28 on parole and probation violations and service without process charges.

Christopher Lee Turner, 23, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Dec. 30 on a failure to appear charge.

Noe Lopez Gomez, 21, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Jan. 1 on driving while impaired and no operator’s license charges.

Scott Allan Smith, 51, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Jan. 1 on a fugitive from justice charge.

An arrest was made in an alleged shoplifting and assault incident reported Jan. 2 at Wal-Mart off East Broad St.

Theft

Stealing wheels valued at $4,000 off a vehicle for sale was reported Dec. 20 at Don Jenkins Ford off North Main St. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of medication and a recording from a motor vehicle was reported Dec. 21 at a North Main St. parking area. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny by cutting electrical wire from under a house was reported Dec. 21 off Fayetteville Rd. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny from a motor vehicle and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle were reported Dec. 23 at the Wal-Mart parking area. Tools valued at $500 were taken from an unsecured vehicle. The case is under further investigation.



Selling/distributing counterfeiting and obtaining money/property by false pretense were reported Dec. 23 at Wal-Mart off East Broad St. when a counterfeit traveler’s check was passed. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of $635 in recordings was reported Dec. 23 at Wal-Mart off East Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Second-degree burglary and felonious larceny were reported Dec. 24 off Dogwood Creek Pl. when a key was taken and used to enter a residence. Items stolen included a $2,500 computer and $30. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a $13 razor was reported Dec. 26 at Wal-Mart off East Broad St. The case was closed with an arrest.

Attempted obtaining money by false pretense was reported Dec. 28 off Cherry Plum Ct. when a counterfeit check with the intent to scam was received. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a $3,000 paint sprayer from a Johnson Pond Rd. construction site was reported Dec. 29. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a $1,800 roll of material was reported Dec. 30 at Triangle’s Worshipping Church off Fayetteville Rd. The same date, larceny by causing $40,000 in damage to air conditioning units to remove copper was reported at the church. The cases were closed; leads were exhausted.

Credit card fraud by using a victim’s cards to purchase online goods was reported Dec. 31 off Brookhanna Ct. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny by removing a bag containing money orders from a cart was reported Dec. 31 at Wal-Mart off East Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Motor vehicle theft was reported Jan. 1 in the Wal-Mart parking area off East Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Other crimes

Property damage of $200 to a glass window was reported Dec. 17 off Hilltop Needmore Rd. and US 401 when spinning tires on gravel damaged a vehicle. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Assault on a government officer, second degree trespassing, and resisting, delaying or obstructing were reported Dec. 20 off Baytree St. The case was listed as inactive.

Communicating threats was reported Dec. 21 off Quailhill St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Breaking and entering was reported Dec. 23 off Wake Chapel Rd. when a lock on a concession service window was broken, resulting in $250 in damage. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.



Property damage and larceny were reported Dec. 24 at James McKenzie, DDS, PA off Bramble Hill Dr. when an air conditioning unit sustained $2,000 in damages as it was dismantled and copper wire was removed from it. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Speeding to elude, driving while a license was revoked and speeding were reported Dec. 26 off Hilltop Rd. when a suspect allegedly fled a traffic stop in a car. The case was closed because of the death of the offender.

Property damage of $100 to a window was reported Dec. 28 off Youngwood Dr. when pliers were thrown at the window, causing it to break. The case was listed as inactive.
