Zaxby’s in conjunction with Military Missions in Action will be hosting a Collect, Pack, & Ship event this weekend at the Zaxby’s in Fuquay-Varina, 1341 N. Main St., collecting care items for our soldiers deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

A discount tent will be set up for those wishing to purchase items to send. Zaxby’s will be offering free nibbler sandwiches for donations valuing $3 or more. Fire truck, free face painting and other children’s activities will be available. Zaxby’s will also be offering a free kids meal with the purchase of each adult entrée item.

The event will be this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3p.m. Desired items: Baby Wipes, Footpowder, Cushion Insoles, Beef Jerky, Pre-paid Phone Cards.
