Arrests

Bernard Randall Kerrick Jr., 33, of Midland was arrested Sept. 13 on a failure to appear charge.

Fannie Bounkazi, 18, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 13 on a failure to appear charge.

Kathleen Byrnes Furlani, 50, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 13 on a driving while impaired charge.

A minor arrested on a simple physical assault charge Sept. 14.

A suspect was arrested in an incident allegedly involving shoplifting of $27 in toiletries, which was reported Sept. 16 at Wal-Mart off Broad St.

Theft

Larceny of $130 by taking the money without permission was reported Sept. 13 off Creekway Dr. The case was closed; prosecution was declined.

Trespassing and felonious larceny were reported Sept. 14 at Quality Equipment off North Main St. Three lawn movers were stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a $1,500 golf cart was reported Sept. 15 off Windsor Wynd Pl. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Felonious breaking and entering and larceny were reported Sept. 15 off South Fuquay Ave. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of $52 in gas was reported at Express Mart off North Main St. Sept. 17. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny of a $1,500 golf cart was reported Sept. 17 off Broad St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Other crimes

Property damage of $400 to interior drywall was reported Sept. 14 off South Main St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Sale and delivery, as well as possession, of cocaine were reported Sept. 16 off Angier Rd. The case was listed as inactive.

Assault inflicting serious injury was reported at a bar off Fayetteville Rd. Sept. 18. The case is under further investigation.
