It is unclear exactly why the activity took place at the home because the documents were sealed by a court order.
Subasic, 33, a Bosnian refugee and a naturalized U.S. citizen, lived with his father, Dragan Subasic, at 248 Adefield Lane. The elder Subasic emigrated to the states from Kosovo a little more than a decade ago.
Anes Subasic was indicted in July along with Daniel Boyd, 39, of Lakeside Circle, Willow Spring and the suspected ringleader of the group, his sons Dylan Boyd, 22, and Zakariya "Zak" Boyd, 20, Hysen Sherifi, 24, Mohammad Omar Aly Hassan, 22, and Ziyad Yaghi, 21, on charges that they plotted to murder, kidnap, maim and injure people overseas.
An eighth suspect in the case, Jude Kenan Mohammad, 20, is thought to be in Pakistan.
According to FBI testimony, Anes Subasic spent $995 on a training school in Nevada that teaches the art of assassinations and had previously ordered books on sniper training and purchased a sniper scope for a rifle along with a sniper shade lens.
During Subasic's bond hearing in August, the FBI presented evidence that he associated with Boyd, the alleged ringleader of the operation.
Subasic's attorney also made a motion to ask that the government pay for a Serbo Croatian and English speaker at $75 per hour plus reasonable expenses. However, in a conversation recorded by federal agents at Boyd's grocery and Islamic goods store, Blackstone Market, in Garner in April of 2008, Subasic told Boyd that he can read and understand English, even though he might miss a word here and there.
In another recorded conversation, Subasic and Boyd discuss "cars" in great detail, including the age and condition.
"But, do you think they are able, with such speed, to drive to that distance and they are able to do so?," asked Subasic, during the conversation.
Subasic: "How old the cars?"
Boyd: "20 years."
Federal agents say "cars" are code for Boyd's two sons, Dylan and Zakariya, who are also charged with terrorism.
The court case against the seven charged isn't expected to take place until sometime late next year.
