The US Marshal's Task Force apprehended 21 year old Brandon D. Bowden of Apex near the intersection of Sunset Lake Rd. and Holly Springs Road today in reference to charges stemming from the August 11 shooting in Fuquay-Varina where one person was hospitalized and one was treated and released.

Warrants for Bowden were obtained by the Fuquay-Varina Police Department on August 13, 2009 with the following charges: Two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, Two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury with Intent to Kill, One count of Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to kill, and three counts of Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Bowden was taken to the Wake County Jail for processing.
