Mr. Roche was born number 6 of 7 children, two boys and five girls. His father was a principal of the local high school and his mother stayed at home taking care of the 7 children. He has earned a B.A. in Economics and his M.A. in economics with a concentration in international banking from the University of Rhode Island.
Recognizing the many concerns facing the United States, Mr. Roche enforced his strong background in financial responsibility and judgment. With a Masters Degree in Economics, he began his career in finance and economics; working for Barclay's Bank for 15 years and later at the Bank of Boston as the head US Dollar/Swiss Franc trader. He then went to work for the French Bank Societe Generale. While at the Bank of Boston he expanded his skill set from trading to macroeconomic analysis, trading system analysis and teaching Capital Markets practices in a corporate setting.
At the center of Mr. Roche’s campaign are 3 straightforward issues: Responsible government; New Immigration Policy; and Upholding the Constitution. To learn more about Frank Roche, please visit his website at: www.RocheForCongress.com.
