Arrests

Chrystal Michelle Slaughter, 32, of Erwin was arrested Jan. 13 on a shoplifting charge.

Collin Gerald Frampton, 36, was arrested Jan. 13 on a driving while impaired charge.

Jesus Velez-Alvardo, 23, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Jan. 13 on intoxicated and disruptive; resisting, delaying or obstructing; and failure to appear charges.

Jason Robin Ristuccia, 27, of Knightdale was arrested Jan. 15 on assault, breaking and entering and possession of cocaine charges.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Jan. 15 off Broad Street, allegedly involving larceny and assault.

William Anthony Carrington, 26, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Jan. 16 on possession with the intent to sell or deliver marijuana, cocaine and controlled substance charges.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Jan. 18 at the US 401 and Mill Creek Drive intersection, allegedly involving possession of a controlled substance.

Theft

Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported Jan. 13 off South Fuquay Avenue. The case is under further investigation.

Attempted breaking and entering was reported Jan. 13 off Raleigh Street. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering and larceny from a vehicle were reported Jan. 14 off Angier Road. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny of a registration number plate from a vehicle was reported Jan. 14 off North Honey Springs Avenue. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Credit card fraud was reported Jan. 15 off Timber Meadow Lake Drive when another person’s card was used without permission. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering and larceny were reported Jan. 16 off Corwood Drive. Jewelry was stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny was reported Jan. 17 at Walmart off East Broad Street. The case is inactive.

Other crimes

Property damage and larceny were reported Jan. 13 at Food Lion off North Main Street. Propane tanks were stolen. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Property damage to a door was reported Jan. 13 off Powhattan Drive. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Submitting a fraudulent prescription in an attempt to obtain a controlled substance was reported Jan. 15 off East Broad Street. The case is under further investigation.
