In February, Wake County Public Libraries will feature a craft and recycling program where paper tubes (paper towel tubes, toilet tissue tubes, etc.) will be recycled and turned into awesome wall art. These three dimensional decorative pieces will be constructed on site for participants to carry home for painting and embellishment.

Materials will be provided for construction on site and registration is required. The program is free for library members ages 16 and above.
