Thursday, Dec. 6, a group of 41 North Harnett seniors enjoyed the live Christmas show at Johnson County Community College followed by a dinner at Holt Lake Restaurant in Smithfield, N.C.
The Kipling United Methodist Church Annual Christmas party and steak dinner was held on Friday, Dec. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the community building. Following dinner, everyone enjoyed a seasonal devotion and good-natured games. Everyone was in the holiday spirit and a good time was had by all.
Kipling Church cordially invites the public to come and witness their annual Christmas Cantata on Sunday, Dec. 16 at 6 p.m.
Chalybeate Springs Baptist Church family had their annual Christmas dinner on Saturday, Dec. 8 at the church community building. After the dinner, the children and youth of the church presented the play, “A Super Christmas.”
Bethlehem A.M.E. Zion Church Pastor, Rev. Linda McLean, and members cordially invite and welcome the public to worship with them. Sunday school is weekly at 9:45 a.m. and Sunday worship is at 11 a.m. Bible Study is held every Wednesday night with the pastor in charge.
