Melissa Dawn Lynch, 26, of Holly Springs was arrested Oct. 28 on possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.

Donald Bruce Lynch Jr., 27, of Holly Springs was arrested Oct. 28 on possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.

Homero Gonzalez Jr., 22, of Angier was arrested Oct. 28 on failure to appear and resisting, delaying or obstructing charges.

Mark Lazarus Figueroa, 21, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 29 on driving while impaired and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Oct. 26 off Lakestone Commons Avenue, allegedly involving taking property from a store.

Anton Matrix Pitt, 26, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 30 on a failure to appear charge.

Sonya Devon Hester, 35, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 30 on a failure to appear charge.

Zalestra Harris Peterkin, 37, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 30 on assault and worthless checks charges.

Celia Marie Wolfe, 32, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 30 on a simple assault charge.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Oct. 31 off East Broad Street, allegedly involving larceny.

Malcolm Anthony Bradshaw, 22, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 31 on burglary by forcible entry and larceny from buildings charges.

Jacquelyn Michelle Carr, 27, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 31 on a failure to appear charge.

Larry Oris Leach, 27, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 1 on a possession of a stolen motor vehicle charge.

An arrest was made in a Nov. 2 incident reported off Broad Street, allegedly involving underage purchase of alcohol and sale to underage persons.

Chase Montana Morgan, 19, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 3 on driving while impaired, simple possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.

Jabier Bartolon-Velazquez, 37, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 3 on a failure to appear charge.

Cheryl Emory Beaman, 54, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 3 on a driving while impaired charge.

Theft

Larceny of rims and tires from a motor vehicle was reported Oct. 29 off North Main Street. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Attempted fraud was reported Oct. 29 off West Academy Street when an attempt was made to hack into a Google account. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported Oct. 31 off Quail Hill Street. The case is inactive.

Larceny of a laptop was reported Nov. 1 off Longfellow Street. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny and financial transaction card fraud were reported Nov. 2 off Smithwood Street. The case is under further investigation.

Obtaining property by false pretense and larceny were reported Nov. 2 off West Academy Street. The case is under further investigation.

Uttering a forged check and obtaining property by false pretense were reported Nov. 2 off North Main Street. The case is under further investigation.
