This year the art students at Willow Springs Elementary School won 6th place at the N.C. State Fair. The award comes with a monetary gift. Artists’ renditions of the U.S. Presidents and Native American Display are by, starting at the top, Bailey Shearer in fourth grade, Sasha Robertson in fourth grade, Adele Langlois in second grade, Karen Romero-Garcia in second grade, Alyssa Knight in second grade and Andrew Moyer in fourth grade.
