Arrests

Juan Carlos Cruz, 36, of Durham was arrested Oct. 9 on a driving while a license was revoked charge.

Jermey Rebold, 20, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 9 on an assault on a female charge.

William John Schwarz, 41, of Willow Spring was arrested Oct. 10 on a violation of 50-B charge.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Oct. 11 off East Broad Street, allegedly involving defrauding an innkeeper.

Serena Kay Tinsley, 37, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 11 on an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge.

Gerardo Flores-Gayton, 20, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 14 on possession of a controlled substance on a jail premise, provisional driving while impaired and no operator’s license charges.

Melinda Gayle Nunn, 36, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 14 on possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.

Theft

Larceny of wire and a line set from buildings was reported Oct. 8 off Brighton Ridge Drive. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Attempted breaking and entering was reported Oct. 8 off Devon Ridge Drive. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Credit card fraud was reported Oct. 9 off North Main Street. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering and larceny were reported Oct. 10 off Monterey Pine Drive. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny was reported Oct. 10 off South Judd Parkway. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny was reported Oct. 11 off Ladybank Lane. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny was reported Oct. 14 off East Broad Street. The case is under further investigation.
