Cash Mobs is a new movement aimed at supporting local businesses and rebuilding communities. A Cash Mob is a Flash Mob, but instead of singing, dancing or rioting, Cash Mobbers join together and each spends $20 at a local business.

Fuquay-Varina Downtown has sponsored five highly successful and thoroughly enjoyable Cash Mobs in the downtown shopping districts in Fuquay-Varina. On Saturday, Oct. 27, at 2 p.m. during the Day In Downtown festivities, there will be another Cash Mob. Meet at the Chili Cook-off Sales tent located in the parking lot behind Ann’s Diamond Center at Main & Vance Street in the Fuquay District. The MOB Location will be announced at that time!
