Feet on Fire, the competition clogging team from Christy’s DancExplosion, was asked to perform for Lenovo’s National Sales Conference. The conference was held Apr. 5 and 6 at the Raleigh Convention Center as the kickoff for Lenovo’s fiscal year. With a headquarters location in Morrisville, Lenovo has been the fastest growing major PC company in the world for five consecutive quarters.

The dance team opened the Wednesday, April 6 session with a high energy clogging performance to “Just Dance.” More than 850 sales staff and executives enjoyed the show.

“As a sales team, our day-to-day work is often demanding and fast-paced, so the DancExplosion performance was a fitting way to open an important day of meetings, and we were all impressed by the energy, talent and teamwork demonstrated,” said John Bischof, Executive Director of North American Sales Operations. “Those qualities are what we expect from our team, and the performance was a fun and easy way to show that to everyone. “

“We were honored to be a part of this event,” stated Christy Wood, the studio owner and team director. “The girls love to perform and it was a chance of a lifetime to showcase for such a high profile audience.”

Feet on Fire is made up of two teams, both Jr. and Sr. level groups. The dance teamed totals 15 girls and they proudly represented Christy’s DancExplosion of Garner, N.C.

Christy’s DancExplosion (CDE) has been a fixture in Garner since February of 2000, providing the residents of Garner and surrounding areas with the opportunity to learn, love and appreciate the art of dance.
