2-town triathlon to raise funds for Polio Plus The Rotary Club of Fuquay-Varina and the Downtown Fuquay-Varina Rotary Club have collaborated to organize and offer the inaugural “Two-Town Triathlon” on June 9 at the Kraft Family YMCA. Run as “Tri the Quay” in 2009, this triathlon has changed venues and the planning committee is very excited about its partnership with the staff at the Kraft Family YMCA.

Town engineer graduates municipal administration course Tracy Stephenson, town engineer with the Town of Fuquay-Varina, has successfully graduated from the 2012-2013 Municipal Administration Course of the School of Government, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
