Fuquay-Varina High School Interact Club members have written, directed and produced a short film to call attention to the role of friends and bystanders in dating violence. Town gives Checkers chance to mitigate nuisance
The Board of Commissioners voted last week to set aside a nuisance ordinance against the Checkers company in January for two more weeks. Temporary changes in drinking water begin March 1
Each year during the month of March, the Town of Fuquay-Varina temporarily changes the water treatment process by suspending the use of ammonia. This disinfection process is a state-mandated practice to ensure safe drinking water.
