Investigators remain at 108 Coley Farm Road in Fuquay-Varina late into the day Tuesday as they search for information surrounding the death of James Melvin Jolly. Police arrested Richard Brandon Gregory, 28, Tuesday night and he has been charged with homicide.

Police arrested Richard Brandon Gregory, 28, Tuesday night, April 30. He has been charged with homicide in connection to the death of James Melvin Jolly, 64. Gregory is now in the Wake County jail awaiting his first appearance in court.
