The Vine celebrates anniversary with classes, promotions Get healthy a baby step at a time

Everyone talks about wanting to be healthier, but how can you do it without making drastic changes or cutting out all of your favorite snacks? Stop by The Vine Health Shoppe in Fuquay-Varina and learn how to take baby steps toward feeling your best.

Co-owners Elana Brancato and Stephanie Moses said that many of their customers are looking for specific help on sleeping better, relieving stress or losing weight. “We can help them,” they said. And the help comes in safe, healthy products, foods, classes and information.

The Vine opened one year ago this month at 604 N. Main St., and offers major national nutritional brands as well as hard to find specialty items of vitamin and herbal supplements, sports nutrition, health and beauty items, pet supplements and nutrition, as well as Green living items. The shop is owned by two couples, Nick and Elana Brancato and Jack and Stephanie Moses. The couples have been friends for almost 20 years. Between them they have nine children and years of experience and research regarding healthy habits and products.

“We want to be a resource to educate the community,” Jack said. He and Stephanie have long been students of health and nutrition. “We have raised our family in this lifestyle,” Stephanie said.

They are comfortable working with Nick and Elana. “We have a wonderful marriage between the four of us,” Elana said.

In addition to a wide variety of products, The Vine offers classes for all ages on eating better, sleep, stress relief, weight loss, mood swings and more. They not only sell the products, but they have the knowledge to help pinpoint the product or service that will provide the most help.

“Sleep is an issue for so many people. We ask them if they are having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep,” Stephanie said. They help their customers determine which product or food item will serve them best. “One of the things we take pride in is the help in the aisle.”

In addition to vitamins, supplements and other nutrition products, The Vine also offers spices and many locally produced items such as local honey, skin care products, herbs and chocolates – all natural and all produced in our own community.

Stop by next week and enjoy their special promotion, buy three items and get one free. (All items in store, of equal or lesser value.)

Please call the store at 919-346-0634 or email us at info@vinehealth.com to reserve your space in a class. Their hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 919-346-0634 for more information or go to www.vinehealth.com.
