Arrests

Joshua Wilson Robinson, 25, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 13 on a driving while impaired charge.

Joshua Murray Williamson, 19, of Angier was arrested Nov. 13 on a driving while impaired charge.

Michael Anthony Fowler, 49, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 14 on a failure to appear charge.

Michael E. Loden, 40, of Zebulon was arrested Nov. 17 on a driving while impaired charge.

An arrest was made in a larceny reported Nov. 17 at Walmart off East Broad Street.

Itzamar Gemby Estrada, 18, of Raleigh was arrested Nov. 17 on shoplifting, concealment of goods and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile charges.

Randy Blackman, 41, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 17 on driving while a license was revoked, possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon charges.

Robert Joseph Tessier, 38, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 18 on a driving while impaired charge.

Gloria Denise Lyon, 49, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 18 on an assault charge.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Nov. 18 at the Judd Parkway and Old Honeycutt Road intersection, allegedly involving possession of marijuana.

Theft

Burglary by forced entry and larceny were reported Nov. 12 off North Main Street. The case is under further investigation.

Burglary by non-forced entry and larceny were reported Nov. 13 off Wade Street. The case is under further investigation.

Embezzlement was reported Nov. 14 at Food Lion off North Main Street. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of cash from a register was reported Nov. 14 at Los Tres Magueyes off Wake Chapel Road. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny was reported Nov. 14 off Tiley Street. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny were reported Nov. 16 off North Main Street. An iPad was stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Fraud by purchasing items with another person’s debit card was reported Nov. 17 off North Aiken Street. The case is under further investigation.

Other crimes

Property damage was reported Nov. 17 off Stellata Drive. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.
