Arrests

Michael Melia Jr., 44, of Pinehurst was arrested Sept. 20 on a driving while impaired charge.

Juan Humberto Reyna Jr., 18, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 22 on driving while impaired with a provisional license and no license charges.

William Parker Wrenn III, 70, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 22 on a failure to appear charge.

Two arrests were made in an incident reported Sept. 22 at Walmart off E. Broad St. allegedly involving misdemeanor larceny and aiding or abetting misdemeanor larceny.

Kevin Terrell Floyd II, 24, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 23 on a failure to appear charge.

Ayoub Elkhoudiri, 24, of Holly Springs was arrested Sept. 23 on an attempted second-degree kidnapping charge.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Sept. 24 off N. Main St. allegedly involving possession of marijuana and equipment or paraphernalia.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Sept. 24 off Baytree St. allegedly involving simple possession of marijuana.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Sept. 25 off Creekside Ct. allegedly involving property damage.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Sept. 27 at the W. Jones St. and N. Main St. intersection allegedly involving possession of marijuana.

Theft

Larceny of a license plate was reported Sept. 19 off E. Spring St. The case is inactive.

Two cases of breaking and entering into a vehicle were reported Sept. 20 near Post Dr. Items were taken from inside the vehicles, including a briefcase and laptop.

Breaking and entering into and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported Sept. 20 off Perry Howard Rd. A wallet was stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of copper air conditioning lining was reported Sept. 21 off Fiddich Ln. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Burglary and larceny were reported Sept. 22 off Rosebriar Ln. Money was stolen. The case is inactive.

Larceny of a hubcap was reported Sept. 22 off Lakestone Commons Ave. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny of entertainment equipment was reported Sept. 24 at Rent-A-Center off E. Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny and breaking and entering were reported Sept. 25 off Youngwood Rd. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a sink was reported Sept. 25 off N. Grassland Dr. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Using counterfeit bills was reported Sept. 27 off N. Main St. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a cell phone was reported Sept. 27 off E. Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering of a residence and larceny after breaking and entering were reported Sept. 27 off Conover St. The case is under further investigation.

Property damage was reported Sept. 19 off Steel Horse Dr. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Trespassing was reported Sept. 19 at Baytree Apartments. The case is inactive.

A dog bite was reported Sept. 20 off E. Chestnut Ct. The case was closed; prosecution was declined.

Obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or forgery and obtaining property by false pretenses were reported Sept. 22 off N. Main St. The case is under further investigation.

Property damage to a vehicle was reported Sept. 24 off N. Main St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Property damage was reported Sept. 24 off Occoneechee Dr. when a mailbox was knocked over. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.
