Amanda Culross, 30, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested September 11 after she backed over a 75-year old woman as she was attempting to pay for gas at the Hess gas station at the intersection of N.C. Highway 27 and N.C. Highway 55 in Coats.

The name of the victim has not been released.

Accidents are accidents. Not everyone is as cruel & hurtful as your reporters. You were not there. Why use such horrible words just to make you paper sell. How low!!! You should only report what you see w/your own eyes. Using character damaging words when you don't have the balls to get the whole story is pitiful. Maybe try a little harder at your so called jobs & you might be able to tell the truth for once.
